My husband and I have been passionate about photography since the day we met, way back when we were only 14. Way back in 2008, when emo was the big style craze and everyone wore colored skinny jeans, we would run around with our cameras together and take pictures of anything we liked. Later on we even made dates of it, going out at night to experiment with light and darkness. Fast forward 11 years, we went to college together, adopted a rescue dog, had 3 BEAUTIFUL kiddos, and had our dream wedding in the woods of Washington state, all while pursuing my dream of having my own photography business.

What else is there to know about me? I love sunsets. I love seeing new places, but also love the familiarity of seeing the same beautiful place over and over again. I love all things old; old music, old movies, antiques, old souls. I love Star Wars, and the Lord of the Rings and I'm not ashamed of it. I'm an animal lover. My sun sign is Capricorn, Aries moon, Cancer rising. My senior yearbook quote was a Taylor Swift lyric and I am very much still a diehard Swiftie. I like to make my clients feel more like friends. My parents farm in Washington state is my happy place. I'm a hopeless romantic, and I love to make couples tell me their story during a session because suddenly there's so much raw emotion and love to be captured.
